Talking to the fridge

So, I am on the phone with Mimi's grandma and she starts saying "hello" and "hi". Just a few weeks ago she started saying "Mama" and "Daddy" distinctively; letting me know she knew what she was saying. It makes me want to stick my chest out a little bit and be proud, but at the same time I know that now is the time to change any 'colorful' language that hasn't already stopped. She is becoming a little chatter box and will soon be like a little parrot.

I can't believe a year has gone by already and she is starting to talk. For those words she can't say yet she makes up some of her own. Yesterday she stood in front of the fridge and had a 5 minute conversation with this black dot on the door. Her facial expression and voice inflection is so mature already. I can't wait to talk to her when she gets a little older. Based on her actions now and her intense personality I already know she is going to be a 'ham'.
